Shipping Policy

Our mission and commitment are to bring you products of excellent quality for moms and babies. Our store is working hard to improve shipping times. At this moment we are working with different suppliers, some products may take from 20 to 26 days. Other products have a shipping time that ranges from 5 to 15 days. To know when your product arrives, please select carefully. You will also receive a tracking link when your product is shipped.

Please Note: Due to the pandemic the shipping time in many stores has been impacted, as well as our own. However, we continue to work hard to ensure the satisfaction of our customers by offering the fastest shipping time possible. But still, allow extra time for your order to arrive, as we unfortunately can't control custom processing times for overseas orders.

Please know that this is a Drop shipping store, meaning that we don't hold any inventories, instead we get our products directly from the suppliers at the time of the purchase, that's why we are able to offer our customers the best prices in the market. Most of our suppliers are located overseas, that's why the shipping may take longer.

You can buy with confidence because you are buying a quality product at the best price.  All the products we sale are tested and have excellent quality. Rest assured that when you place an order even if it takes a few weeks, you'll receive exactly what you order, in new and excellent condition.
